My Space does not require a subscription. Got a trainer or a club? You get an invitation to the client panel from them.

My Space does not require a subscription. The wizard plan is a starting point and does not replace a doctor's advice.

Everyday friction

Why is a plan from the internet rarely enough?

01

A plan without reasons

You get a table but you do not know why so many sets and reps. It is hard to stick to.

02

Strength grows, but you cannot see it

Results live in a notebook or in your head, so it is hard to notice the weight going up.

03

Jargon

Reps in reserve, deload, progression. Without an explanation it is easy to give up.

How Create Progress Studio helps

Plan, workouts and progress in one place

A plan for your goal, equipment and number of days

The wizard asks about your goal, equipment, number of days and experience. The plan has a cycle with a lighter week and you can edit it.

An explanation of why the plan looks like this

The "Your plan explained" screen and the "Why?" button show where the sets, reps in reserve and rests come from.

A workout set by set

A rest timer, reps in reserve, a load suggestion and a rating of how hard the workout was. The result stays in your history.

Progress and Knowledge

Consistency, estimated maximum weight and body measurements with your consent. Short explanations of terms without jargon.

A good plan is one you understand, do, and whose results you can see.

FAQ

Questions before you start

What is My Space?
It is a person's own place in Create Progress Studio: a plan wizard for your goal, equipment and number of days, workouts set by set with a rest timer, history, strength, measurements and short explanations (Knowledge). You can have it without a studio and without a trainer. If you train at a club, you switch between your space and the client app.
How do I open My Space?
You choose "Open My Space", enter your email and first name, tick the consents, confirm your email and set a password. Then you go through the three-step plan wizard and can start your first workout.
Does AI build the plan?
No. The plan is built from rules and templates based on your goal, equipment, number of days and experience. You get an explanation for each decision.
Do I have to pay?
My Space does not require a subscription. A client account from a trainer or club is part of their plan, so you do not pay for that separately either.
Can a trainer from a studio see my space?
No. Your space is isolated from studios, and data is not shared without your explicit consent.
Does this replace a trainer or a doctor?
No. The wizard plan is a starting point. It is not medical advice and not individual coaching by a trainer.
